This is a support group for infant feeding for all families, whether breastfeeding, bottle feeding, exclusively pumping or formula feeding. All are welcome. An IBCLC will be available to answer questions, well older children are always welcome.

Join us for Arizona's only event created just for new and expectant parents and those who support them! Meet experts, find community, and explore tools to manage the mental, physical and emotional changes in the first 5 years of parenthood.

Our one-day in person event features workshops, self care opportunities, and a parent focused exhibitor fair connecting new and expectant parents with local health care providers, communities', resources, doulas, lactation consultants and more! This year's 4th Trimester Arizona Conference brings together our Community across Arizona IN PERSON to connect, receive support and education, and heal as a collective.
The conference continues to be FREE to WIC and AHCCCS participants with registration. Early bird pricing will be available for a limited time.
As a reminder, the conference sessions will be for adults and children in arms only.

Let's Talk! Free Virtual Therapy Group
Hosted by Women’s Health Innovations of Arizona
A therapeutic program for pregnant and postpartum women. While pregnant, we are often taught to think of and care for the expecting baby, but too often we forget to care for ourselves.
Join our therapy group designed to assist mothers and mothers-to-be needing mental and emotional support through their pregnancy and postpartum journey. Each group session is facilitated by a licensed therapist, experienced in perinatal mood disorders and changes that come with the perinatal and postpartum periods.
Registration is required. There is no fee to attend these sessions.
