Postpartum Offerings

My intention in providing overnight support is to create a nurturing and calm environment to allow parent(s) to feel at ease. Support is tailored to the families needs, which often center rest and sleep, allowing parents to rest easier while feeling fully supported. Educational, emotional, and environmental support is also provided during this time.
Overnight support is typically 8-10 hours and will take place in the comfort of your home!

Low and slow is how I prepare most of the meal offerings.
Low heat, slow cooking preserves the nutrients in a way that allows the nutrients to be gently and fully absorbed in the body.
