Postpartum Offerings

  • My intention in providing overnight support is to create a nurturing and calm environment to allow parent(s) to feel at ease. Support is tailored to the families needs, which often center rest and sleep, allowing parents to rest easier while feeling fully supported. Educational, emotional, and environmental support is also provided during this time.

    Overnight support is typically 8-10 hours and will take place in the comfort of your home!

    Overnight Support May Include:

    • Newborn Care

    • Infant Feeding Support

    • Emotional Support

    • Hands-on Support + Education

    • Light Housekeeping

    • Meal Preparation
